Ms Ebele Onyeme a native of Ogbunike in Oyi LGA was employed into the services of ELDI on 17th March, 2006. She obtained a B.Sc degree in Chemistry/Education from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1995; she also had a PGD in Business Management from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 2001and subsequently obtained an MBA degree in Business Management from the same University in February, 2003. She became a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) in March, 2012 and also a member of the Charted Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (CIPM) in October, 2014 She is currently the head of the Administration Department in ELDI.
