Mrs. Blessing N. Ossai is presently Deputy Director Technology Business Development (TBD) at Electronic Development Institute (ELDI), Awka under National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), Abuja Mrs. B. N. Ossai was born on the 1st of January, 1969 in Achi in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State of Nigeria. She attended her primary Education at the Community Primary school, Agbadala Achi, Oji-River LGA, Enugu State (1975-1980). She completed her Secondary Education at Girls Secondary School Isikwe-Achi (1980-1985). Mrs. Ossai B. N, attended Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT) where she obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Physics, 1991. She proceeded for National Youth Service Corps, NYSC 1991-1992. She also had PGD in Education and Master Degree in Educational Technology. Mrs. B. N. Ossai started her Civil Service career with NASENI with effect from 11th April, 1994 and was deployed to the Engineering Directorate as schedule officer in then National Earthquake Phenomenon Project. She was directly involved in carrying out field investigation in any known and reported natural disaster location in the country and the establishment of nine (9) Seismic Stations across the six Geo-Political zones of the country. In 2006, Mrs. B. N. Ossai was deployed to the Science Infrastructure Department at the NASENI Headquarter and rose to Deputy Director from 2012 to date. In 2017 she was deployed to ELDI, Awka to head the Technology Business Development (TBD) Department.
